With COVID-19 being declared a pandemic by WHO, the May 2020 P.I. Program workshop has been canceled.  A tentative date of August 11-13 has been scheduled.

The Professionalism and Integrity in Research small group Workshop will be offered on the following dates:

Important:
Workshops are ordinarily capped at 6 participants. We encourage you to enroll as early as possible to ensure a seat. Participants must be registered at least four weeks in advance of the onsite sessions. This is necessary to allow for an enrollment interview with either the participant or an institutional official, and online assessment prior to the workshop. Please contact the Program Manager with any questions.

Program Costs

P.I. Program Course Fees: $3,500
Includes: Enrollment interview, online assessment, three-day small group Workshop, the development of a personalized professional development plan, three post-workshop coaching calls, and access to our P.I. Program resources website.

Meals & Materials:
Participants will be provided with breakfast and lunch each day at no additional cost.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
P.I. Program payments are non-refundable except if a session is canceled by the program.

We require a minimum of three (3) registered participants to conduct a workshop session. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a workshop due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, e.g., natural disaster, registered participants will receive an email announcing that the workshop has been canceled and given the option to receive a refund or to enroll in a subsequent session.

We cannot compensate you for airfare or travel costs incurred. We recommend that you book refundable or transferrable travel.

Postponement Policy:
If a participant postpones attendance in a session for which they have already registered, a $500 rescheduling fee will be charged.

Overview of Referral & Enrollment Process

  • 1. Contact the Program Manager

    Either the institutional official or potential participant may contact the program manager to ensure that the candidate is a good fit for the program.

  • 2. Complete the Registration Form

    Upon admission, the participant must complete the registration and payment form.

  • 3. Sign the Confidentiality Agreement

    Following receipt of the registration and payment form, the participant is required to sign a confidentiality agreement.

  • 4. Schedule Enrollment Interview

    The Program Manager will conduct an interview with either the participant, the institutional official, or both, with permission from the participant.

  • 5. Complete Assessments

    Completion of two online assessments, and additional readings are required prior to workshop attendance.
