The Lab Leadership and Management Best Practices Checklist is a tool for Principal Investigators who are responsible for managing lab operations and leading research staff. The checklist guides these investigators to identify areas of strength and opportunities for improvement and helps them establish effective professional habits to support research excellence and integrity.
