Workshops are ordinarily capped at 6 participants. We encourage you to enroll as early as possible to ensure a seat. We require a minimum of three (3) registered participants to conduct a workshop session. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a workshop due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, e.g., natural disaster, registered participants will receive an email announcing that the workshop has been canceled and given the option to receive a refund or to enroll in a subsequent session.
We cannot compensate you for airfare or travel costs incurred. We recommend that you book refundable or transferrable travel.
If a participant postpones attendance in a session for which they have already registered, a $500 rescheduling fee will be charged.
